In February 2020, Ever Care Charity took actions to fight against the COVID-19 pandemic since it broke out, raised emergency supplies for the front line and helped vulnerable groups. In March, Ever Care Charity launched the "Hero’s Legacy Program", which dedicating to providing support and companionship in long term, for all the children underage whose parents sacrificed as a hero in the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic. Meanwhile, it explores the establishment of a social support system for heroic families that have made special contributions to society. In September 2020, "Hero’s Legacy Program" won the “Special Award of Fighting Epidemic and Public Health” in the 2020 China Public Welfare and Charity Project Competition.
