The family visit activitiy of Hero’s Legacy Program started from June 1st, 2020 until September 9th, 2023. Yesterday, on this special and meaningful day, my friends and I visited three children of the last family in Shigatse, Tibet, under the condition of altitude sickness. We finally completed the door-to-door family visits of 163 (all) children from 21 provinces and autonomous regions across the country, and my eyes blurred at that moment. We have visited some children in other provinces many times, but because of the epidemic situation in the past three years, we have not visited children in Xinjiang and Tibet until this year.

Although it is convenient to make phone calls and video calls, we still feel that relatives must be visited in person, only by looking at your eyes closely, holding your hands and hugging you, we can feel your breath, your life, your sorrows and joys.

Dear children, let us accompany you to grow up in this beautiful world.
